It announces the following:
On 11-15-2024 (hereinafter “Date of Transfer») the sale and transfer of receivables took place from a mixed portfolio of non-performing and performing loans (business and retail banking) mostly unsecured or with low collateral, which had been granted by the above YEE Credit Institutions (hereinafter the “Alphabet Unsecured or Subprime Loan Portfolio Claims”).
The Receivables of the Alphabet Unsecured or Low Secured Loan Portfolio were transferred to the company with the name EUCLID FINANCIAL INVESTOR DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY in accordance with the provisions of L. 5072/2023 (hereinafter “n Acquiring Company“), which is based in Ireland under company registration number 763761.
The above transfer of the Alphabet Portfolio Receivables of Unsecured or Low Secured Loans does not affect the position of the debtors or other involved persons, nor the terms of repayment of the relevant debts.
The Acquiring Company assigned the management of the Alphabet Portfolio Unsecured or Low Secured Loans Claims to the credit manager with the name “DoValue Greece Anonymi Company for the Management of Claims from Loans and Credits” (hereinafter “the Manager») based in Moschato, is licensed and competently supervised in accordance with the requirements of Law. 5072/2023 from the Bank of Greece.
In the context of the above transfer, the personal data of the debtors and guarantors (to whom personalized information has also been sent to their available addresses), as well as those of other natural persons, linked to the Alphabet Portfolio Claims of Unsecured or Low Secured Loans in any capacity , (e.g. guarantors, security providers, special or universal successors, attorneys-at-law, defendants, third parties in whose hands it is possible to impose a seizure or against whom a right of set-off can be asserted, members of the management of legal entities, etc.) were forwarded, based on articles 21 and 32 of the Law. 5072/2023, from the YEE Credit Institutions to the Administrator and the Acquiring Company.
Those interested can be informed in detail about the processing of personal data, carried out by YEE Credit Institutions, the Administrator and the Acquiring Company, as well as about the rights of the data subjects arising from the General Regulation (EU) on the Data Protection 679/2016 and the Greek legislation, as well as for the exercise of these rights by referring to the respective personal data protection policies:

PQH has agreed to make the following claims transfers:
1. In the transfer of receivables of non-performing and performing mortgage loans, mostly secured by real estate collateral (Alphabet Portfolio of Secured Retail Loans) that had been granted by the above YEE Credit Institutions (hereinafter the “Alphabet Retail Secured Loan Portfolio Requirements“), according to N. 3156/2003, which is expected to be completed within the year 2025.
The Alphabet Secured Retail Loan Portfolio Claims will be transferred to the special purpose company by the name of EUDOXUS ISSUER DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY, which is based in Ireland under company registration number 767381 and is a special purpose company under the provisions of N. 3156/2003.
2. In the transfer of receivables of non-performing and mainly performing business loans, secured for the most part by real estate collateral (Alphabet Portfolio of Secured Business Loans) that had been granted by the above YEE Credit Institutions (hereinafter the “Alphabet Secured Business Loan Portfolio Requirements“), according to N. 3156/2003, which is expected to be completed within the year 2025.
The Alphabet Secured Business Loan Portfolio Claims will be transferred to the special purpose company named DYSART FINANCE I DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY, which is based in Ireland under company registration number 764665 and is a special purpose company under the provisions of N. 3156/2003.
The above transfers of the Receivables of the Alphabet Secured Retail Loan Portfolio and the Alphabet Secured Business Loan Portfolio (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Requirements») to the companies EUDOXUS ISSUER DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY and DYSART FINANCE I DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY respectively (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Acquiring Companies») do not affect the position of the debtors or other involved persons, nor the terms of repayment of the relevant debts.
In the context of the above transfers, the personal data of debtors and guarantors (who also receive personalized information at their available addresses), as well as those of other natural persons, connected to the Claims in any capacity, (e.g. guarantors, providers collaterals, special or universal successors, authorized attorneys, counterclaims, third parties in whose hands seizure may be imposed or against whom a right may be asserted netting, management members of legal entities, etc.) will be forwarded based on article 10 par. 21 of N. 3156/2003 by the YEE Credit Institutions, as represented by their special liquidator, PQH, to the Acquiring Companies.
In addition, for the purpose of managing the Claims in the context of their transfer to the Acquiring Companies, the above personal data related to them will also be transmitted to the credit management companies which will undertake the management of the said Claims by virtue of a relevant subsequent assignment from the Acquiring Companies, based on the provisions of Law. 5072/2023 and/or of N. 3156/2003, on a case-by-case basis (hereinafter “Administrators”).
