December 31, 2024 is the deadline for submission of electronic applications by businesses for the innovative program of Public Employment Service (DYPA) that combines subsidized training and employment for the unemployedaged 25-45 years.

Businesses that will hire unemployed people, aged 25-30, in new jobs, through the action, will receive six months grant of 100% of salary and contributions (1,022 euros monthly, 6,132 euros in total) and 80% for hiring the unemployedaged 31-45 (818 euros monthly, 4,906 euros in total).

Businesses interested in participating can submit their application exclusively electronically and after submitting the application, DYPA’s employment advisors will indicate to the company candidates with the required qualifications stated by the company.

The company will then pre-select the beneficiary, who will attend 80-hour accelerated distance learning program in green or digital skills of his choice and will receive a 400 euro training allowance, after his certification.

After completing the training, the company will proceed to hire the unemployed person for six months.

According to a related announcement, the total budget of the employment program amounts to 41,331,600 euros and is funded by the Recovery and Resilience Fund.
