The credits of the allowances and the Christmas Gift will be made by the Public Employment Service (DYPA) by direct deposit to the bank accounts.
The prepayment of regular unemployment benefit, long-term unemployment benefit and self-employed unemployment benefit starts today, Friday 20 December 2024, as well as the prepayment of Christmas present to subsidized unemployed persons, to beneficiaries of the special maternity protection benefit, the parental leave benefit and the work benefit.
The credits of the allowances and the Christmas Gift will be made by the Public Employment Service (DOUBLE) by direct deposit to bank accounts.
As stated in the relevant announcement, no action is required from the beneficiaries and there is no reason to attend the Employment Promotion Centers (KPA2).
The payments appear in the bank accounts within three days, after they have been paid by DYPA. The prepayment of the benefits of those unemployed who have an obligation to declare their presence during the period from December 20, 2024 to January 6, 2025 will take place, after statement of presence.
