Series of certifications ISO owns the Alpha Bankwith the most recent achievements being the certifications obtained in recent months for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 45001 and for energy management according to ISO 50001, which are added to the environmental management and environmental performance assessment certifications held by the Bank.

In particular, the ISO 45001 certification confirms the best practices adopted and applied by Alpha Bank, in order to effectively control the risks in the working environment
and identify opportunities for improvement. Also, in the area of ​​environmental management, the Bank holds ISO 14001, confirming its compliance with strict environmental standards, as well as ISO 14064 for the assessment of environmental performance, which confirms the systematic way in which it monitors environmental impacts
of its operation and its substantial contribution to supporting a low-carbon economy. Additionally, in May 2024, Alpha Bank received ISO certification
50001 for energy management that focuses on the origin and use of energy, as well as the Bank’s actions to substantially reduce consumption.
