The deadline for business applications for its innovative program expires today DOUBLE which combines subsidized training and employment for unemployed 25-45 years old.The budget of the program amounts to 41,331,600 euros and is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Fund.
As stated in a DYPA announcement, businesses that will hire unemployed 25-30 year olds in new jobs through the action will receive for 6 months a grant of 100% of the salary and contributions (1,022 euros monthly, 6,132 euros in total) and 80% for hiring unemployed people aged 31-45 (818 euros monthly, 4,906 euros in total).

It is noted that after the submission of the application, the DYPA employment advisors will indicate to the company candidates with the required qualifications stated by the company.
The company will then pre-select the beneficiary, who will attend an 80-hour fast-paced distance training program in green or digital skills of their choice and will receive a 400 euro training allowance after certification. After completing the training, the company will proceed to hire the unemployed person for 6 months.
