A total of 16,750,792.65 euros was paid in the last week, (from Tuesday, December 24, 2024, until today, Tuesday, December 31, 2024), as an advance payment of 86% of the state aid grant, to 1,533 businesses, agricultural holdings and livestock units in the regional Units of Magnesia and Sporades, Trikala, Larissa and Karditsa in the region of Thessaly, which were affected by “Daniel”.

As the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection states in its announcement, with the above payments a total of 183,701,519.24 euros have been paid, as an advance payment, to 17,435 beneficiaries.

At the same time, in 5,619 cases of businesses, agricultural holdings and livestock units, the first aid, totaling 16,998,000.00 euros, that had been granted was offset against the amount corresponding to the amount of the advance payment of 86% of the state aid grant. Consequently, the phase of granting the advance payment of 86% of the state aid to businesses, agricultural holdings and livestock units has been completed for 23,054 beneficiaries with the total amount of the subsidy reaching 200,699,519.24 euros.
