Secovi-SP publishes this Thursday (17) the February edition of the survey on the residential rental market in the capital of São Paulo, still with a low rental speed.
The index that evaluates the expected time until the signing of the contract showed a delay of up to 83 days.
In houses and townhouses, drainage takes 34 to 58 days and in apartments it takes 33 to 83 days.
As a basis of comparison, in 2019, before the pandemic, this interval ranged from 17 to 44 days.
The lease value, also monitored by the monthly survey by Secovi-SP, points to an increase of 2.06% in the accumulated from March 2021 to February 2022.
