Mydataapp, the new application of the Independent Public Revenue Authority for mobile devices, was presented today at a press conference by AADE Governor George Pitsilis. The Minister of National Economy and Finance, Kostis Hatzidakis, the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Economy, Christos Dimas, the Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Konstantinos Kyranakis and the Secretary General of Information Systems and the Secretary -General of Information Systems, were also addressed.

The new mobile application was designed to facilitate businesses in their daily operation, as:

• It is a complete, friendly and easy -to -use tool for issuing shipping documents and shipping via mobile devices,

• Allows customer management and monitoring of financial data based on the needs of each business,

• It is fully aligned with the current legislative framework (A. 1138/2020, A. 1123/2024, Law 4308/2014).

Kostis Hatzidakis praised the digitization effort of the Independent Authority, stressing: “Mydataapp is yet another modern tool in AADE’s quiver that will effectively help the coordinated effort to combat tax evasion and enhance taxation”.

Christos Dimas also congratulated AADE, stressing that MydataApp is a valuable tool for Greek businesses, which simplifies processes and enhances their competitiveness. “We are confident that the new application will help fight tax evasion and create a fairer business environment,” he said.

The Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Konstantinos Kyranakis, pointed out that the hosting of the AADE applications in the G-Cloud Governmental Cloud, managed by the General Secretariat for Information Systems Public Administration, contributes to the provision of faster, safer and secure services Citizens. “This collaboration is an important step towards simplifying processes and serving the needs of citizens and businesses.”

The Secretary General of Information Systems and Digital Government Demosthenes Anagnostopoulos also praised the cooperation between the Ministry of Digital Government and AADE, stressing that the new application is another milestone in digitizing transactions that facilitate the daily life of taxpayers.

George Pitsilis stressed, among other things: “Mydataapp is much more than an application. It is a strategic ally for business -saving businesses, increases their productivity, and facilitates voluntary compliance. We set another new model in digital governance, simplifying the procedures for the benefit of business. “

Mydataapp offers a wide range of functions designed to simplify the daily business processes:

• Issue of on-the-go documents: ‘Immediate Creation and Shipment of 24×7 documents, saving time and cost, while providing the possibility of issuing digital shipping bulletins.

• Clientele management: Organizing the clientele, allowing for the registration and processing of all the necessary customer information.

• Detailed statistics: Providing a comprehensive image of the business with a number of revenue, expenses and other important indicators, supporting business decision making.

• Adapt to business needs: Personalized use experience, allowing the choice of language (Greek and English) and theme (activation of dark function for comfortable use in low light conditions)

• Security first: Protection of business data with multiple safety levels, such as PIN code and biometric recognition.

CAUTION: A prerequisite for using the MydataApp app is to create friendly codes through the Mydatausers application at the Myaade Digital Gate (Myaade.gov.gr), on the Route Applications> Popular Applications> Mydata> Friendly Codes and Authorizations Mydatausers.
