Kastritis: “It was an honor to be a Mars-coach thank you all through my heart”

It is an honor and privilege to lead from the position of Mars coach, representing this organization in Greece and Europe and I would like to thank the team management for this opportunity and for the confidence in my face from the first to the last day.

A administration, which without the physical and mental presence and supervision of itself and all its partners on a daily basis, would have not been achieved by many of the many that have been done, at all levels, at all levels.

Personally, I would like to thank Mr. Achilles Rousamanis for what he has done for the team and me, considering his presence and participation, a great blessing for the organization and the basketball department in particular.

Thanks to all offices, who have always been the driving force of the team, behind the lights, with many hours of work, with pure and endless dedication and love for the team.

Thanks to all the athletes who have trusted us during all these years, honored us with their cooperation and competed for the ARIS team. They gave us emotions and helped us become better people and professionals. They were and are undoubtedly the great protagonists.

Thanks is very small to express my gratitude to every person of the crowded overall staff we have worked with over the years. We shared joys and sorrows, worries, endless hours and discussions on trips, holidays and holidays away from our homes and created another family. Partners coaches, gymnasts, caregiver, team-generic managers, communications officer, physiotherapists, doctors and all external partners have been the backbone on which the operation of the whole race is based. From me a great deal of respect for each of them separately because they gave and give each day more than 100% of themselves, each in their field.

I left for the end of the world of Mars. What everyone sees is the full pallet and the stunning atmosphere that travels throughout the lengths and backs through the image. It is the great power and legacy of this group.

But what no one sees if he doesn’t have the opportunity to experience it is everyday contact with the whole world. Their communication, their love, their anxiety and their concern if things are not going well. Their joy and explosion of excitement in young and old after wins. The pride for what they represent and advocate. The devotion without limits to what is a way of life for them, their team. So thank you to all of you and even more to each one separately, small or large that we have exchanged at least a conversation on the street. You have always filled my soul with every reason.
