The project is included in the recovery and durability fund “Single Real Estate Register –E Registries», Total Public Expenditure EUR 8,285,308.

The subject of the project, implemented in collaboration with the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanassis and the Deputy Minister of Digital Government Konstantinos Kyranakis, relates to the design, implementation, location and support of the productive operation of the Single Registry.

It seeks to create an integrated information system that will collect, systematize and incorporates digital information maintained by different public and private institutions and concerns the country’s real estate elements (buildings, plots, etc.) as well as data on the country. their exploitation (eg energy and telecommunications infrastructure, rents, tax liabilities, etc.).

It is important to emphasize that the Single Real Estate Register does not require citizens to resume their details on any platform. On the contrary, state databases (Land Registry, AADE, DEDDIE, Town Planning, etc.) and their information systems will interfere with each other so that for any change in individual data the entire State will automatically update without any other action.

The aim of the project is to reduce bureaucracy, to enhance transparency and credibility in the real estate market, as well as to support entrepreneurship and innovation through open data and analysis tools.
