When is the process of forced execution suspended

This arrangement seeks, on the one hand, to facilitate debtors, through the introduction of their debts and, on the other, to improve the collection of debts and subsequently the financial situation of the municipalities and regions.

The arrangement, in addition to the possibility of paying fees in installments, also includes exemption from surcharges and late payment for vulnerable debtors.

In addition, when there is an ongoing enforcement procedure for the debt regulated, it is foreseen to suspend the enforcement if the regulation is served.
