An increase of EUR 3,970 million, in the fourth quarter of 2024, was raised by the nominal value of the loans of the private sector of the domestic sector, managed by domestic loan and credits management companies (ECNT) and have been transferred to specialized financial institutions of the Greek Bank.

The total value of loans in this category increased to € 74,750 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024, compared to € 70,780 million in the previous quarter.

Loans to business

The nominal value of business loan management increased to EUR 25,516 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024, from € 23,156 million at the end of the previous quarter. More specifically, the nominal value of loans to non -financial enterprises (MSE) increased by EUR 2,361 million and stood at EUR 25,478 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024. From the management of loans to the MSE, an amount of EUR 10,683 million relates to loans to small and medium -sized companies.

The nominal value of loans to loans to other financial institutions decreased by EUR 1 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024 and stood at EUR 38 million.

Loans to freelancers, farmers and individual businesses

The nominal value of loans to freelancers, farmers and individual businesses increased by EUR 692 million over the previous quarter and stood at € 10,102 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024.

Loans to individuals and private non -profit institutions

The nominal value of loans to individuals and private non -profit institutions increased by EUR 918 million over the previous quarter and stood at EUR 39,132 million at the end of the second quarter of 2024. In more detail, consumer loans increased by EUR 290 million. Managed mortgages increased by EUR 604 million and stood at € 22,769 million.
