Invitations are distributed with 50% to Western Macedonia ESDM and 50% to the MEGEM LEFT
Four total invitations of height EUR 140 millionto strengthen investment plans existing, young and under the setting up of large and medium -sized enterprises with the aim of promoting the production of renewable energy, renewable hydrogen and high -performance co -production in areas Papathanassis.
Invitations are included in priority 1 “Strengthening & Promoting Entrepreneurship” of the DAM 2021-2027 program and the special target of the Policy of the Fair Transition Fund and are distributed by 50% to the Western Macedonia ESDM and 50% in the Megalopolis.
The publications will be posted on EYDAM websites www.eydam.gr, NSRF 2021- 2027 www.espa.gr and EPEPEE www.efepae.gr and its partners with geographical jurisdiction of the areas of fair transition plans, specifically: a) for the West Macedonian Region www.kepa-nem.gr b) For the municipalities of the Peloponnese Region Management of European Programs www.diaxeiristiki.gr ..
Specifically, invitations relate to:
- “Strengthening youth investment plans and under the recommendation of small and medium -sized enterprises to promote renewable energy production, renewable hydrogen and high -performance co -production in areas of fair transition of Western Macedonia & Megalopolis.”
- “Strengthening investment plans for existing small and medium -sized enterprises to promote renewable energy, renewable hydrogen and high -performance co -production in areas of fair transition of Western Macedonia & Megalopolis.” The subsidized budget of each investment plan may not be less than 500,000 and greater than € 12 million.
- “Strengthening youth investment plans and under the recommendation of large businesses to promote renewable energy production, renewable hydrogen and high performance co -production in areas of fair transition of Western Macedonia & Megalopolis.”
- “Strengthening investment plans for existing large companies to promote renewable energy production, renewable hydrogen and high -performance co -production in areas of fair transition of Western Macedonia & Megalopolis.”
The budget of co -financed public expenditure is up to 40 million euros. The subsidized budget of each investment plan may not be less than 5 million and greater than € 45 million.

Eligible Expenditure on the two invitations related to SMEs:
- Expenditure necessary for energy production. Investment spending on the production of renewable energy sources, including heat pumps complying with Annex VII of Directive 2018/2001, renewable hydrogen and high -performance co -production from renewable energy (reinforcement rate of up to 65% for very small/small enterprises, up to 55% for 55%).
- Other expenses of Article 41 GAKs not covered by the above expenditure (up to 50% aid rate for very small/small businesses, a reinforcement rate of up to 40% for medium -sized enterprises).
- Personnel expenditure (employment of employees with disabilities) (up to 75% for very small/small businesses & medium -sized businesses).
- Expenditure on services up to 50% aid rate for very small/small businesses & for medium -sized enterprises).
Eligible expenses for the two challenges related to large businesses:
- Expenditure necessary – for energy production – investment costs in the production of renewable energy sources, including heat pumps complying with Annex VII of Directive 2018/2001, renewable hydrogen and high -performance of renewable energy sources (up to 45%).
- Other expenses of Article 41 GAKs not covered by the above expenditure ((up to 30%aid rate).
- Personnel expenditure (employment of employees with disabilities) (up to 75%aid rate).
Investments that will be funded will boost economic activity to tackle the social, labor, economic and environmental impacts of the diploma and to support their transition to a climate neutral economy and a balanced and viable development.
The Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanassisunderlined: “Following the government’s initiatives to support entrepreneurship and investment- more broadly and in the framework of the fair development program- we are proceeding with new invitations of boosting investment projects by existing, new and composed of large and medium-sized enterprises, this time to promote production. The aim, in addition to protecting the environment, remains the increase in income through the creation of even more jobs, the strengthening of sustainable growth and regional cohesion, the stay and the promotion of our fellow citizens, especially the young people, in their place. “
