Tax audits were confirmed by fines and taxes of € 2,55m, € 600m more than 2023. The receipts of course amounted to just € 365m.

- Retail trade 30.2%

- 28.4% accommodation
Checks led to the suspension of 697 business installations, the overwhelming majority (59%) in the focus, followed by 18% and 17% trade
212 companies were also imposed.
In terms of tax evasion, they have led to confirmed fines and fines of € 540 million (+23.7% from 2023) and hidden taxable material € 1,14bn.

- Tax evasion investigations from undeclared online sales
- Investigations – non -issuance of tax data – non -submission or inaccurate tax filing
