The final tables of beneficiaries, beneficiaries and excludes of the Social Tourism Program 2025-2026 of the Public Employment Service (DBA) on the website of www.dypa.gov.gr were posted yesterday, Friday, May 30, 2025.

As stated in a related announcement, the program will start for the first time on June 1, 2025 – earlier than ever – and concerns to 300,000 checks (vouchers), with budget 50 million euros.

Beneficiaries can carry out up to six nights in accommodation, choosing from ‘Register of Providers’ of the DBA, after their consultation with the provider, with little private participation.

Specifically, in Lero; Lesvos; Chios; Kos; Samos and Roseup to 10 free nights (zero private participation) can be held, while in its municipalities B. Evia and his Evrosas well as in Thessalyexcept Sporadescan be made up to 12 nights free of charge.

In addition to staying in tourist accommodation, ferry tickets are also subsidized. Participation is 25%, while for people with disabilities the tickets are free.

The subsidy prices are increased by 20% for the peak month of August and for Christmas (from 15/12/2025 to 14/01/2026) and Easter (from 03/04/2026 to 19/04/2026).

Increased subsidy is valid for all year for its accommodation B. Eviahis Evros and her Thessaly; out of the Sporades.

For ferry travel, beneficiaries print from the E-Services of the DBA the check and come to travel agencies or tickets or electronic tickets to the providers, display the printed check and request the issuance of a ticket.

It is noted that no category requires the presentation of supporting documents, with the exception of the category of luxury.

DBA clarifies that it is not involved in the process of issuing the ferry ticket.

Through Web Service the ticket is issued and the ferry must be activated for transition and return.

Shipping is only permitted for the transition/return to/from the place of the selected tourist accommodation.

Beneficiaries of last year’s program, who have not yet activated checks, can vacation until June 30, 2025.
