Premiere Today for the digital shipping note and more than 150,000 businesses will have to put aside the paper – handwritten bulletins and enter the digital age.

In the first phase, the Digital Shipping Release concerns businesses with a turnover of over € 200,000 with some exceptions:

  • Businesses with revenue of more than 5 million euros are excluded
  • Subsidiaries
  • Businesses moving medicines and medical consumables, energy products, building and related materials regardless of turnover

From December 1st we enter the 2nd phase of “establishing” the “big brother” to transport when all businesses – without restrictions – will be required to apply the digital shipping note.

The new system is accompanied by “heavy bells” for those who refuse to comply:

  • 500 € per tax audit for businesses that keep a simplistic accounting system
  • 1000 € per tax audit for businesses that maintain duplicate books.

It has not yet been instituted but is examined by the second phase of implementation of the new measure of ten -year -olds of fines at 5,000 euros and EUR 10,000 respectively, since the Digital Shipping Note will be mandatory for all.
