More than 3.3 million workers receive this Tuesday (29) the PIS/Pasep salary bonus. Amounts of up to one minimum wage (R$ 1,212) will be released for 886 thousand professionals from private companies or public servants who took part in the review of benefits, in a total amount of R$ 869 million.
In addition, the allowance will also be paid to 2.5 million workers born in November, according to the benefit payment schedule this year, totaling R$ 2.3 billion released.
The review lot will be paid to those who, in the initial calendar, were scheduled to receive the benefit in February. The others will receive the money next Thursday (31).
Servers entitled to the benefit and who were on the initial list have already received it. The last payment of the usual calendar was made on Friday (24), for those who had final registration number nine. However, those who were left out of this lot will be able to receive the money in the review they are being paid for.
Those who missed the date to withdraw the benefit will have a new chance, which runs until December 29. The allowance to be paid in 2022 refers to the base year of 2020.

WHO HAS THE RIGHT
In order to receive the salary bonus, the worker in the private sector (PIS) or public or military server (Pasep) must have worked formally for at least 30 days in 2020, with an average monthly income of up to two minimum wages.
It is also necessary to be registered for at least five years in PIS/Pasep, that is, the first job with a formal contract must have taken place in 2015 or earlier.
The maximum amount of the benefit is a minimum wage, R$1,212 and the minimum is R$101. The definition of how much each beneficiary will receive varies according to the number of months worked in 2020, which is the reference year.
The query to find out if the worker was included in the new batch of PIS can be done in the Carteira de Trabalho Digital app, by calling 158 and through the work services platform on the Gov.br portal.
Revision
The extra batch of the PIS/Pasep allowance was released after a review of the registration base carried out by Dataprev to identify inconsistencies in the information sent by companies in Rais (Annual List of Social Information).
From this batch, this Tuesday (29) private sector workers born between January and June and public servants with registration numbers ending between 0 and 5 will receive. In total, 1,679,349 workers make up the revision batch, which will distribute R $1.6 billion on the 29th and 31st.
The review was carried out because, for the first time, the eSocial records were used for the granting of the salary bonus. When crossing data from the workers’ records, Dataprev identified discrepancies between the information declared in Rais’s first contract and the other official bases of labor records.
