A comprehensive digital platform entitled “Digital Consumer Academy” will be created at the General Secretariat of Commerce.

According to a statement of funding intentions by the Ministry of Development posted in Transparency, the purpose of the “Digital Consumer Academy” is to enhance consumer knowledge of their rights arising from their protection legislation in order to protect themselves preventively before the carrier.

The “Consumer Academy” will seek to achieve its purpose, through the provision of digital educational content, a series of targeted actions and immediate consumer support toolbox, while making market decisions.

The funding intent announcement concerns the submission of a proposal to the “Department of Development (TA) Program of the Ministry of Development – D. Commerce Support and Consumer Protection”, Priority Axis: 1.6 “Public Administration and Digitization (E -Government, Electronic Creating, Electronic Creating, Electronic Creating, Electronic Creating, Electronic Creating, Expiry into the eligibility of expenditure is December 31, 2025.
