The Joint Ministerial Decision (B ‘4199/31.07.2025) was published in Government Gazette No. 124757, which increases the budget of the action “I move 3” and extends the deadline for submitting applications, as well as the date of completion of the action.
Now, the budget of the action is EUR 57 million and the deadline for submitting applications is extended by December 31, 2025, while the date of completion of the action is December 31, 2026.
The duration of the action may be overwhelmed if the resources available are covered in their entirety before its completion date.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport from Tuesday 5/8/2025 at 00.01 it will be possible to submit new applications to the information system of the action https://kinoumeilektrika3.gov.gr/.
As a date for starting eligibility for the purchase or time of a purely electric vehicle, for the new applications to be submitted, the 7th of June 2025 is defined.
They are not entitled to subsidy electric vehicles with a retail price before taxes greater than 50,000 euros.
As noted in the announcement, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport continues to actively support measures and policies to reduce the carbon footprint in transport for the benefit of citizens.
