The stabilization picture was presented by the stock market at the closure of today’s session, which was characterized by nervousness and frequent plague alternations.

The General Price Index closed at 2,032.51 points, with a marginal rise of 0.02%. Intra-conference recorded a higher price at 2,039.94 points (+0.38%) and a lower price at 2,021.20 points (-0.54%).

The value of the transactions amounted to EUR 340.59 million, of which EUR 159.7 million relates to the sale of 5.1% of Cyprus’s shares held by the European Reconstruction Bank (EBRD), at € 7.20 per share.

The high capitalization index increased by 0.05%, while the middle capitalization index fell 0.24%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the shares of Jumbo (+1.67%), Piraeus (+1.21%), Sarantis (+1.10%) and Coca Coola HBC (+0.84%) were the largest.

On the other hand, the most declined the shares of Motor Oil (-1.84%), Viohalco (-1.39%), PPC (-1.34%), Aegean Airlines (-1.29%) and National (-1.28%).

The largest volume of trading was presented by Cyprus and Eurobank with 26,865,066 and 6,805,436 shares, respectively.

Cyprus was the highest value of trading with 194.48 million euros and Alpha Bank with 22.23 million euros.

39 shares went up, 63 declining and 19 remained stable.

The shares rose the most: caressed (+7.34%) and Q&R (+5.92%).

The biggest decline was recorded by Mathios Pyrimha (-4.37%) and Progressive (-3.39%).
