For 2 out of 3 citizens of Attica, income is not sufficient for the month, while 73.1% do not see substantial support for SMEs and 59.8% of residents in Attica find the measures negative.
These are some of the conclusions that a research carried out on behalf of the Athens Chamber of Commerce by the MRB company in Attica, following government announcements at the TIF on support measures, according to a statement.
The President of the Athens Chamber of Commerce, Yiannis Chatzitodosiou, states:
“The findings of the research done by MRB on behalf of the Athens Chamber of Commerce justify the positions we have expressed after the announcements of the measures and specifically for the absence of substantial support for small and medium -sized enterprises.
The data show the steps that need to be taken from now on. And they must focus on reductions in product and services prices but also on the actions needed to further enhance the purchasing power of citizens and on the support of the media. Only some direct tax cuts are not enough to improve the market climate. “
Following are the basic conclusions of the survey

At the same time, 12% of the citizens of the Prefecture of Attica believe that the measures are facing today’s daily problems to a great extent. At this rate, it should be borne in mind that 40% say that TIF’s announcements to a small degree are facing citizens’ problems.
