Upon completion of checks carried out by the TIMA – to keep the ceiling on the margin of profit and compliance with the Code of Conduct – the relevant decisions on the imposition of the corresponding fines are announced:

  • The first decision, to impose a fine of 805,340 euros on the company “Lidl“, It concerns the profits of the ceiling on the sidelines of profit, following a check given in 2024 by Development Minister Takis Theodorikakos. The process was completed on September 5, 2025.
  • The second concerns a fine of 1,440,000 euros to the company “Sklavenite“, For violations of the Code of Conduct, after a check ordered in the summer of 2025.

As provided by the law, the two companies were informed prior to the announcement of the decisions.
