Was it a statement win for you?
“I think we wanted to come here and get a win on a difficult pitch. We knew it would be hard to win here, so we wanted to make a “statement” through our defense. I think we did a good job on that.”
Are you feeling better now, after your first month with the team?
“Yeah, I think we’re all starting to find our chemistry. We’re starting to understand where we need to be on the field, understand our roles better. I think it’s starting to tie the whole thing together.”
Very good performance from you tonight too. How difficult is it for you to adapt to a different way of playing?
“It’s always fun. Doing something new is always fun. So I come here, I learn new things and I love to learn. My coaches and teammates help me a lot, so I’m really enjoying it.”
