The decision (Government Gazette BD 1714) was published in the Government Gazette, the decision for the granting of special purpose compensation during the month of April, to the taxi drivers to cover the increased cost of fuel of their vehicles, in the context of their professional activity.
According to the announcement, the beneficiaries of the special purpose compensation are the companies with main Activity Code Numbers (KAD) 49.32 “Taxi operation” and 52.21.29.01 “Taxi driver services (non-operator)”, as they are valid on March 17, 2022, the which cumulatively meet the criteria set out in the relevant decision.
The compensation amounts to 200 euros per beneficiary.
The beneficiaries will have to submit the application for the granting of the compensation on the electronic platform of AADE “myBusinessSupport”, which is already in operation with the support of AADE, until April 15, 2022.
It is noted that the compensation is, according to par. 3 of article 83 of law 4916/2022, tax-free, inalienable and unseized in the hands of the State or third parties, by way of derogation from any general and special provision, not subject to any withholding, fee or contribution, is not bound and offset by certified debts to the tax administration and the State in general, municipalities, regions, insurance funds or credit institutions and is not calculated at the income threshold for the payment of any social or welfare benefits.
