The electronic signature of documents such as vehicle transfers and business opening will be possible through the federal government’s cell phone application, according to the Ministry of Economy, which announces the launch of the tool.
The service also includes the procedure for proving the actual violator of traffic fines.
According to the agency, all documents that involve interactions with the federal government and need a signature equivalent to the authenticated one can be signed by the application and will have legal validity.
The tool, which is now expanded to cell phones, has been working for computers for about a year.
The service is available to people who have facial biometrics registered in the application.
