The summer schedule for the night electricity bill takes effect on Sunday, May 1st. During the reduced charge hours (night hours) the charge of the commission is made with reduced price.
Thus, as announced by ΔΕΔΔΗΕthe reduced tariff for the period May 1 – October 31 will be valid for continuous hours, from 23:00 to 07:00.
How can I find out the night schedule that applies to my property?
You can find out if you have a part-time or continuous schedule by checking your flow meter. In particular, you can observe if from 15:00 to 17:00 (from November 1st to April 30th) your meter records the consumptions in the register (Conter) with the indication M (Reduced invoice) or in the register (Conter) with the indication K (Normal invoice), in which case you will find out more hours of the reduced invoice you have.
To find out if you have joined the regular or part-time schedule, you can contact the competent service office for HEDNO Network Services, to which the property belongs.
I am a new user (renter / owner) of a property. How can I find out if I have night power and what is the schedule?
A) Checking the account you receive:
On the back of the Clearing account: in the section “Detailed charges” is displayed in detail “fixed charge night” and just below the charge of kilowatt hours (kWh) that have been consumed during the night. The Meter Indicators table shows in detail the meter readings, where the CODE 12 related to night consumption is displayed.
B) By checking your flow meter:
You can see if you have a dual recording meter, ie if there are two Counters on your meter. One is marked K and the other is marked M. Then observe if during the night tariff application hours your meter records the consumption in the register (Counter) marked M.
C) Checking the installation panel of the house:
In many cases there is an indicator light on the installation panel of the house, which is connected to the additional service pipe.
Can I change the night schedule?
From Continuous to Sectional
If you have the Continuous Night schedule you can if you want to change it to Departmental, but you can not return to the Continuous if you change your mind. This possibility applies to most parts of the country. For this change, it is required to submit a relevant application for a change of schedule for the Home Night Invoice (Police ID and VAT details are required) to the competent service office for HEDNO Network Services.
From Departmental to Continuous
This change is not possible, as the night with continuous hours throughout the year (23.00 to 07.00) is no longer granted.
