The Information System opens today “INSTRUMENTS” for submission of declarations to the “COOPERATION” Mechanism.
Specifically, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs announced the following:
A. For the month of May 2022 – FIRST phase COOPERATION
For the month of May 2022 – AD phase SYN-ERASIA, companies-employers wishing to join the Mechanism are given the opportunity to submit applications “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERASIA “(AD phase)” and “application / Declaration of membership in the Mechanism “COOPERATION” (AD phase) – Correct Repetition “, provided that any change or modification of the organization of working time is notified in advance, through the form E4: Staff List – Supplementary Hours of the employees included in the Mechanism , from today 3 May until 31 May 2022.
B. For the month of April 2022 – B ‘phase COOPERATION
For the month of April 2022 – B ‘phase COOPERATION, it is possible to submit the declarations “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” COOPERATION “(phase B)” and application / application for inclusion in the Mechanism “COOPERATION” (Phase II) -Correct Repetition “, from today, May 3, 2022 until May 10, 2022.
C. For the month MARCH 2022 – B΄ phase COOPERATION (new deadline)
It is possible to submit the statements “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” COOPERATION “(2nd phase)” and “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” SYN-WORK “(2nd phase) – Correct Repetition”, for the month March 2022 and only for:
companies that have not submitted a B phase declaration
companies that have submitted a Phase B declaration, exclusively for employees who have been excluded from Phase B payments, from today 3 May until 6 May 2022.
It is noted that, before submitting the application form / application for membership in the Mechanism “COOPERATION” (Phase B) – Correct Repetition “for employees who were excluded from the payments of Phase B, employers can look for the latest statement for the B ‘phase and, by selecting the “Management” button, to be informed about the reasons for the exclusion of employees from the B’ phase payments.
Submission of correct repetitions of applications-responsible statements integration into the programs of 150,000 new subsidized jobs and First Stamp for bank account corrections (IBAN)
Additionally, from today, May 3, to May 10, 2022, it is possible to submit correct repetitions of applications-responsible statements of membership to companies for any corrections of the credit institution and their bank account (IBAN), which have been included in either the open program of 150,000 new subsidized jobs, (provided that the company has not paid the financial support related to the recruitment of a long-term unemployed or seasonal worker in the tourism and food sector without the right of compulsory re-employment ) or on the First Seal.
Finally, within the same deadline (3-10 May 2022), there is the possibility of correct repetition of the applications-responsible statements (acceptance) of the beneficiary young people who have joined the open program First Seal for any corrections of the credit institution and their bank account ( ΙΒΑΝ).
