Cobasi, a national chain with items for pets, has partnered with Tinder to encourage the adoption of pets. In the traditional dating app, two profiles, pet profiles will be available to match with human users until July 17th.
When browsing the profiles, seeing one that he finds interesting, if he swipes to the right, the user gives the match and is forwarded to a site with more information.
Created by the Artplan agency, the action is part of the Cobasi Cuida social initiative, which features animals protected by NGOs that are partnerships with the brand.
“We seek to have greater visibility and attract more public attention, not only those who own or want to adopt a pet, but also supporters, who defend animal rights”, says Daniela Bochi, marketing manager at Cobasi.
“Adopting an animal is an important decision and almost always takes time to flirt. Through this initiative, users of the app will have the opportunity to analyze the photos and descriptions of the pets and assess whether the match can happen, armed with love, attention and affection”, explains Alessandro Bernardo, executive creative director of Artplan SP.
Cobasi Cuida’s job is to act in the entire animal protection cycle, says the company, and helps to position the brand as a strong player in the cause.
