The Ministry of Finance gives a double extension until the end of July, either for the one-time repayment (with a 15% discount) or for the payment of the first installment out of 96 in total for the repayment of the repayable advance.

The relevant ministerial decisions are expected to be issued by the beginning of next week. Then AADE will proceed to the issuance of the liquidations in which the amount corresponding to each company will be indicated.

In total, about 700,000 companies received € 8.3 billion, of which they are called upon – after the discounts decided by the government – to return € 3 billion. In Nikis, however, they do not expect to receive more than € 2.3 billion.

-25% of the aid, if the reduction of revenues from sales of goods and services of 2020 of the company exceeds 70% in relation to revenues from sales of goods and services of 2019 and the company shows losses before taxes in 2020.

-33.3% of the aid, provided that the reduction of revenues from sales of goods and services of 2020 of the company amounts to at least 30% and up to 70% in relation to revenues from sales of goods and services of 2019 and the company records losses before taxes in 2020.

50% of the aid to the other companies.

Businesses that have started operations after January 1, 2019 or opened a branch from April 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020 or have zero gross income in 2019 and have complied with the job retention clause will return:

-25% of the aid, provided that the reduction of revenues from sales of goods and services of the company in 2020 exceeds 30% in relation to revenues from sales of goods and services in 2019 and the company shows losses before taxes in 2020.

-33.3% of the aid for the other companies.
