The INSS (National Institute of Social Security) reported that the consultation of the values of the second installment of the 13th will be released this Thursday (19) for all retirees, pensioners and other beneficiaries. The new extract is now available for part of the retirees this Wednesday (18), according to a consultation made by the report with beneficiaries who accessed My INSS and checked the values of the May extract. See below how to inquire.
The agency explained that, as the payroll is being processed, the amounts begin to be released in the statements and that this Thursday the data will be available to the more than 31.6 million beneficiaries who are entitled to the 13th. In total, the amount released for the payment of the second installment will be R$ 28.3 million.
Payment of the second installment of the 13th begins next Wednesday (25), along with the benefit of the month. The allowance will be paid until June 7, according to the final number of the benefit. See the full calendar below.
The statement will show the value of the monthly benefit, the total amount of the 13th, the discount of the first installment already paid, in addition to discounts such as Income Tax (for those who have the charge) and consigned, if applicable. The Income Tax, which will be charged in this payment, is made on the total amount of the 13th for those who are not exempt from the charge.
The INSS starts releasing payments first for policyholders who earn a minimum wage (R$ 1,1212). Then, from June 1st, it is the turn of those who earn values above the minimum up to the ceiling, of R$ 7,087.22 this year. The first installment of the 13th was paid between April and the beginning of May.
Retirees, pensioners and beneficiaries of sick pay, accident aid or reclusion aid are entitled to the annual allowance.

PAYMENT OF THE 13th
Repeating what it did in the last two years, the federal government decided, by means of a decree, to anticipate the payment of the 13th benefit of INSS retirees and pensioners. The objective is to try to soften the economic reflexes caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. In general, the payment of the 13th would occur in August and November. By law, insured persons who receive assistance benefits are not entitled to the 13th salary.
