Denounced by customers, who claim to be victims of scams on his electronics sales website, former BBB Nego Di, 28, used his networks this Tuesday (14) to defend himself. He is accused of failing to deliver the products marketed online.
“Due to the mistake of who was responsible for the logistics of the company’s products, deliveries were delayed. They were delayed by the carrier, who had taken another service and refused to deliver,” he said in Instagram stories hours after the complaint, published in a report on open TV.
Nego Di admitted that he was nervous about the negative repercussion of the episode and informed that he intends to contact the 25 people who publicly complained about the service. The businessman also promised a discount for those who keep the purchase or return the money.
“Everyone thought it was already a scam, because it was very cheap. I ran after it, and we will solve everything from next Monday”, promises the ex-BBB, who is also a comedian. He said he was angry with his employees and partners and threatened to fire them.
“It’s my face that’s publicizing the business. You can be sure I’ll cut off some heads from the store”, said Nego Di, who has a disreputable mark on his resume: he broke the record for the biggest rejection in the history of Big Brother Brasil, and left the reality show in 2021 with 98.76% of the votes.
