Actor Marcos Oliveira, 69, known for the character Beiçola in the series “A Grande Família” (2001/2014), on TV Globo, is Danilo Gentili’s interviewee, on The Noite (SBT). The program will air this Thursday (25), starting at 12:25 am.

In the program, he reveals that Beiçola, a character he played for 14 years, was a lonely and very romantic person. “I was inspired by Ronnie Von from the Young Guard days [para compor o personagem]”, says the actor.

Oliveira says that even today he is recognized on the streets by the character Beiçola and some people even bother with jokes. “There are people who piss off, there are people who don’t. The worst thing about it is not in the can, it’s when you pass by and someone shouts: ‘Oh Beiçola’. People ask for pastel.”

The actor also spoke of the difficult moments in his life, such as not having anything to eat during the Covid pandemic due to lack of work. He had to rely on help from friends and an online kitty to raise money.

“There comes a time when you say: ‘Wow, man, I don’t know how people cope in this state they are in, I don’t know how many millions of people are out of work and without food.’ food,” he says.

With the virtual kitty, the actor says that he raised R$ 40 thousand, which he used to pay a debt in the bank and bills. He says he had the help of many friends in a time of difficulty, but others didn’t care.

“But I have to thank everyone, all the people, all the human beings who helped me. I always intend to go back to work, because work is the only thing you have in your life, it’s your value, it’s your work and that’s what I want in my life.”

Currently, the actor is in the cast of “O Dono do Lar” (Multishow), a series by Maurício Manfrini (Paulinho Gogó). He says he shoots episodes of the series at Gugu Liberato’s studio in Alphaville and that the cast is “wonderful”.
