The “Love Somebody” video star posted two of the shots on her Instagram page the same day and garnered 288,000 “likes”, according to the Manhattan federal court filing.

The photographer had secured the copyright of his shots in July 2019. He first noticed the snapshots on Ratakowski’s Instagram story in September 2019, according to the seven-page testimony. The amount of compensation is not specified in the lawsuit.
