The truth is that when we are going to give something for the first time to a loved one of our husband – such as his mother and grandmother – we get bored and wonder for hours what to buy in order to gain excitement, first and foremost , their sympathy and love. Something similar seems to have happened to Kate Middleton, who, in addition to the classics we have in mind, knew that she was actually buying a gift for the queen and head of state, so things were much more complicated.
Instead of wasting hours in the shops, she decided to make homemade sauce! Oh yes. Seeing the effort of the then young Kate, the queen was so excited that she demanded that the royal chefs learn to make it so that it is present every year at the festive table of the family.
If you liked the idea, it’s worth telling you that Middleton’s recipe has seen the light of day in Pippa Middleton’s sister’s book, “Celebrate”, and you can see it right below. For the record, this sauce is called chatni.
