“They’re trying to shut me up. I was the one who suffered. I was the one who felt it.” The outburst comes from Iran Ferreira, known as Luva de Pedreiro, who had excerpts from two interviews vetoed after the Justice of Rio de Janeiro granted an injunction to Allan Jesus, his former manager.

The interviews shown on Fantástico (Globo) and Domingo Espetacular (Record) would bring details of the controversy involving the influencer and Allan – accused of keeping a good part of the influencer’s work. However, with the injunction, which prohibits the disclosure of information on the contract between the two, the interviews were edited.

Before the report aired on Fantástico, presenter Poliana Abritta, 46, said that the notification arrived on TV Globo on Friday (1). “In the decision, Judge Maria Cristina de Britto Lima, from Rio de Janeiro, prevents the disclosure of confidential information from the contract between the two and prohibits any demonstration that promotes hate speech against the former businessman, who has been suffering threats. on the social networks”.

“TV Globo understands that the injunction granted violates freedom of the press and expression, pillars of democracy and protected by the Brazilian Constitution. Therefore, it will appeal the decision”, added Abritta. Falcão, a former futsal player, also commented on the injunction. “It is not possible that an injunction came to Globo and Record to cut ‘such matters’ from the reports”, he wrote on his Instagram.

After Abritta’s statement, Allan Jesus shared a statement on his networks accusing Globo of disrespecting the injunction, saying that the station had a “frivolous attitude” and treated the court decision with “negligence”.

“In an attempt to preserve all the parties involved, so far I have avoided making statements. However, given the neglect of Rede Globo, which in a frivolous attitude to say the least, even when notified and informed of the death threats that I and my family have suffered because of untruths and facts out of context (which led the justice to grant the injunctions sought), ignored the court decision, I need to go public”, he wrote.

Allan accused Luva de Pedreiro, Falcão and his new team of spreading “fake news” to force him to sign a deal. “Iran and his new agency team have been directing much of their posts and speech to the relationship we had, with lies and misrepresented facts,” he wrote.

But Luva de Pedreiro echoed the news in his Stories, saying that the injunction was an attempt to prevent him from telling the truth and his version of the story. “You can’t shut up the truth,” she said. “Whoever is afraid is because they should. I am outraged.”
