For the third year in a row Forbes’ list of the richest self-made women includes the famous singer and now successful entrepreneur, Rihanna, the only self-made female billionaire under 40 years old.

As Forbes points out, her fortune reaches 1.4 billion dollars and it is surprising that most of it came not from her extremely successful music career, but from the launch of her own line of cosmetics and underwear.

More specifically, Rihanna is active in the field of cosmetology as well as fashion through two companies, Fenty Skin and Savage X Fenty, which both market and create cosmetics and underwear respectively.

However, Rihanna has repeatedly maintained that she is not focused on accolades and accolades. In 2019, she told T Magazine of the New York Times that she will not stop working just because she has made a large fortune, since this was never in her main pursuits.

He also stated that he wants to channel the money to purposes that have some meaning: “The money is not for me, it’s always the thought that I can help someone else. The world can really make you believe that the wrong things take priority and make you lose sight of the main purpose of life, what it means to be alive,” she had told the American magazine.
