Digital influencer Gabi Brandt, 26, took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday night (6) to comment on the controversy over her credit card bill. She showed the value closed at R$ 377,719.90 in the Stories of Yanka Barreiros, sister of Pétala Barreiros.
The ex-From Vacation With Ex said she lent her card to people during a trip to Disney, and that everyone has already paid off their share of the debt. She even made it clear that she doesn’t spend it every month. “I don’t spend that every month. Never, ever! It’s not even close to that!” she stated.
“In the last two months we traveled a lot and on the trip we took to Disney, I was responsible for organizing the trip, so the purchase of the tickets was all on my card. I didn’t pay for everyone’s tickets”, she explained.
She also said that she decided to show the invoice amount after many requests on social media, and that she let Yanka show it in Stories. “This amount was only revealed because I was on a live and someone asked me for a pix, I talked about the invoice I had to pay, people kept insisting a lot for me to show the amount.”
The influencer also rebutted criticism she received from netizens, for showing the high bill while people go through difficulties in Brazil. Brandt stated that she makes donations and doesn’t usually post. “I’m not doing more than my duty,” she added.
She shared the record in her Stories after Davi’s third birthday party, the result of Brandt’s relationship with singer Saulo Pôncio – with whom she has another son, named Henri. “How am I going to pay? I don’t know”, said the ex-De Vacation with Ex, laughing, after showing the invoice in the amount of just over R$ 377 thousand.
