Fantástico, from TV Globo, aired this Sunday (17) excerpts from the report on the controversy involving Iran Ferreira, known as Luva de Pedreiro, and his former manager Allan Jesus, who had been vetoed by an injunction.

Allan is accused of keeping much of the income from the influencer’s work.

The new report brought speeches by Iran and his family members about the way the businessman treated his adviser and the lack of transfer of money to them. Vadinho, Iran’s father, says that the money from the contracts signed for his son “never reached” the family.

“He treated me like a prisoner”, complains Iran to the report. Also according to him, the businessman tried to keep him away from the family, having heard from the businessman the phrase “away from the family because the family gets in the way” as advice.

The young man’s sister also participates in the report and says she was worried about the situation in which her brother and parents found themselves. According to her, the parents are illiterate and that Luva himself “does not know how to read and write very well”. This fact would have caused a disadvantageous contract for Iran to be signed with the businessman. The family did not have any assistance from lawyers at the time of signing.

According to the report, the contract contains a clause that stipulates a fine of more than BRL 5 million in the event of termination by Iran. The other side, however, could leave the partnership without having to pay any amount.

Heard by Fantástico, Allan Jesus denies all allegations by Iran and his family. He claims that he had a good relationship with the young man and his parents, even showing audios exchanged through a messaging app. Allan also claims that although a lawyer did not assist the family during the signing of the contract, he carefully explained the entire contents to Iran.

“We’ll be helping you with everything. I’ll put internet in your house, take care of everything, everything we earn in money will be passed on to you half of everything, Gene will be accountable, will tell you how much entered, when he left”, says Allan in the audio that he tells the reporter he would have sent to Iran before the contract was signed.

The report also points out that Iran and his family even hired a lawyer to try to shorten the contract period with Allan, which is 4 years, and make the termination clause valid for both sides. However, the new agreement was never signed.

As for the family’s house, Allan says he was renovating their house in Bahia, while they lived in Rio, but the work never happened and the boy only got a new house after signing a contract with the company of former player Falcão, which now mind your career.

Under Falcão’s care, in addition to the house, Luva will receive R$ 100,000 monthly and will be entitled to 60% of the value of the contracts that were closed in the future. The situation with Allan has not yet been resolved and it has not yet been established whether Iran will have to pay the R$5 million fine to the former manager. For now, he continues to fulfill the agenda of the two entrepreneurs.
