Allan is accused of keeping much of the income from the influencer’s work.
The new report brought speeches by Iran and his family members about the way the businessman treated his adviser and the lack of transfer of money to them. Vadinho, Iran’s father, says that the money from the contracts signed for his son “never reached” the family.

According to the report, the contract contains a clause that stipulates a fine of more than BRL 5 million in the event of termination by Iran. The other side, however, could leave the partnership without having to pay any amount.

He claims that he had a good relationship with the young man and his parents, even showing audios exchanged through a messaging app. Allan also claims that although a lawyer did not assist the family during the signing of the contract, he carefully explained the entire contents to Iran.
“We’ll be helping you with everything. The report also points out that Iran and his family even hired a lawyer to try to shorten the contract period with Allan, which is 4 years, and make the termination clause valid for both sides. However, the new agreement was never signed.
