The third season of the series “Virgin River” may have left us with many question marks, but the next one did not take long to arrive on the Netflix platform
The fourth season of “Virgin River” is released today, July 20, and promises to answer many of our questions, but also to raise several new ones.
The fate of many heroes of Virgin River season 3 was left uncertain
The focus is on Mel and Jack after the revelation that Mel is pregnant. However, neither she nor anyone else knows whether this baby is her dead husband’s or Jack’s.
Even so, nothing can take away from Mel the joy of pregnancy and the arrival of this child she has wanted for so many years. Jack, for his part, is clearly excited about Mel’s pregnancy, but the issue of paternity is something that will continue to preoccupy him this season.
Things in this small town become more complicated when a young and handsome doctor arrives who wants to start his own family. Meanwhile, Hope is still recovering from the car accident she had while we must not forget that we still don’t know who shot Jack. At the end of the third season, Brady was arrested, but we don’t know if he is ultimately responsible for what happened.
As it seems, the fourth season comes to provide answers to the already existing questions, but also to raise many new ones.
The filming of the 5th season will begin in the summer
It should come as no surprise that Virgin River has been greenlit for a fifth cycle. In fact, it is one of Netflix’s most successful series.
At the same time, it is based on a series of books by Robyn Carr, which consists of not one or two, but 25 whole novels. So there is rich material to continue for years the beloved history of the Virgin River.
