One of the island’s most successful crops is the tropical avocado, where it found its Mediterranean home in Crete. After Alexander’s tour of a plantation with this unique superfood, he prepares it on the grill “Sausages with beer and potatoes in the gut”.
After enjoying the Cretan hospitality, he boards a speedboat to get to know the little secrets of the place and swim among the ancient ones in the bay of Vienna, shortly after Cape Aries.
