All those who loved the TV series “The Office” now have the opportunity to represent it with 1,164 cubes of the well-known Danish game series.
The incredible figure comes with 15 minifigures of some of the show’s most beloved characters, including Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute; there’s even a figure of Garbage, Angela’s cat.
Die-hard fans will notice, however, that one character is missing, and that’s Andy. The Danish company took care to comment on his absence by posting on Twitter, saying that “He’s away, improving … his skills as a manager.”
At over 30.5cm wide, the set includes mini versions of some of ‘The Office’s’ most iconic sets including the secretariat, Jim and Dwight’s offices and Phyllis and Stanley’s office. It is possible to detach Michael’s office so that it is self-contained. With the many accessories on offer, it is possible to recreate events that happened in the offices of the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company: Kevin can spill his chili on the secretary, Dwight’s stapler can be found in fruit jelly, Michael can host many meeting in the conference room and the team gets to read Michael’s infamous “Threat Level Midnight” script.
The creator of the set is Jaijai Lewis, who started working on this idea since 2014. By submitting his third design in 2020 to Lego Ideas, its popularity spread like wildfire! Within two months, the project’s page gathered 10,000 supporters.
