The exhibition is organized by the Holy Metropolis of Imbro and Tenedos in collaboration with the Agioreitiki Estia of Thessaloniki and with the support of the Imbrian Union of Macedonia – Thrace and presents photographic material from Nikos Kouki’s pilgrimage to Mikra Agia Anna, a place of practice of major forms of the Agioreite retreat, which he held in 1994, on the occasion of the celebration of the hut of the Holy Forerunner.

The Thessalonian photographer “captures” with his lens snapshots of the religious and daily life of the monks, of the preparation of the Agioritei festival, of the journey of the pilgrims to their destination.
