“When we are well inside, it’s something that transcends.” This is how the lawyer Giselly Bicalho, 30, who participated in the Big Brother Brasil 20 (Globo), explains the good moment she is experiencing both in terms of mental health and physical fitness.

“This year I changed. I have depression and anxiety, and now I managed to get Rivotril out of my life, which is the medicine I used to sleep, I’m undergoing depression treatment with another psychiatrist and I’m feeling better. This reflects on my personal life .”

One of the ex-BBB’s celebrations is the toned body she has displayed. According to her, only 5 kg were lost, but the exercises and good nutrition made the fat give way to the mass and distribute itself in a better way.

The achievement is important after its passage through reality. Giselly, who became known as Hurricane on the show, says she abandoned her healthy habits there. Along with the stress of the dispute and the long period she spent on the xepa — 5 weeks in all — she ended up developing a binge eating.

“I ate until I threw up,” he told the F5 this Friday (19), at the Festa do Peão de Barretos, in the interior of São Paulo, recalling the routine in the program. “It was a very big food restriction. [ficar na xepa]and when there was a party I wanted to eat, eat, eat and drink a lot”, she explains.

A surgery to remove a lump in the breast that took a while to heal, performed shortly after leaving confinement, further delayed the ex-BBB’s return to working out. Today, she says she has a drier belly and the fat is more concentrated in her butt. “The face is already facial harmonization”, she jokes.
