“Every move we make is about creating scalable results that help kids live where they can just be kids,” says the actor.
Actor Ashton Kutcher continues his intense training to take part in the TCS 2022 New York Marathon next November. “The biggest change physically was the transfer of muscle mass from the upper to the lower body. I’ve lost about 5.5 pounds,” Kutcher told ET, noting that “my wife [Μίλα Κούνις (Mila Kunis)] she is extremely supportive.”
The actor also shares that what he’s learned about himself so far from the whole process, which requires months of dedication, is that “surrounding myself with a support system makes the hard things so much easier. Setting a pace that you can maintain is not the same as working as hard as you can.”
The revelations come as Kutcher launches a brand new series of 16 digital interviews.
As previously announced, Kutcher is running the marathon to raise awareness and money for Thorn, which is celebrating its 10th year of building technology to protect children from sexual exploitation and remove child sexual abuse material from the internet. .
“Every move we make is about creating scalable results that help kids live where they can just be kids,” says the actor.
Thorn: Digital Defenders of Children, formerly known as the DNA Foundation, is an international anti-trafficking organization working to address the sexual exploitation of children. Founded by Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher.
