Model Lila Moss, 19, surprised fans by posting a photo of her toenails on her Instagram profile. Kate Moss’ daughter, 48, posed in an essay for British magazine Perfect with her long, pointy toenails.
In the publication, she shared a photo in which she holds three cherries pierced by several needles with her mouth, and in the sequence, the photo of her feet with her nails painted red. “An honor to be photographed by Zhong Lin for Perfect Magazine,” she wrote in the caption.
In the comments of the publication, netizens were shocked and made jokes about Lila’s nails. “Oh my god my nails made me sick,” wrote one. “Would we say they are chicken toenails?” joked another. “Fingers are about to cut people damn it,” said a third.
In September last year, Lila won praise on social media after participating in a Versace fashion show exposing her insulin pump. The young woman revealed that she had type one diabetes in an interview with The Kit newspaper in 2020, at the age of 17.
“An honor, eternally grateful,” wrote Lila in a post made on her Instagram. The model’s show for Versace took place as part of Milan Fashion Week. “Such a wonderful, proud and positive statement,” wrote one Twitter user at the time.
Born in 2002, Lila is the result of Kate’s relationship with publisher and entrepreneur Jefferson Winston Hack, creator of the magazine and publishing label Dazed & Confused.
