The singer and former BBB Juliette Freire, 32, spoke out in relation to the criticism made by activist Luisa Mell, 43, about her two new puppies. “I can’t do everything perfect”, she said in a live on her Instagram this Sunday (4).

On Saturday (3), Juliette made a post introducing the puppies, a male and a female, to fans. In the video, she surprised her mother and jokingly announced that she would be a grandmother.

The animal rights activist used social media to criticize the attitude and said that the singer could have set an example by adopting mixed breed dogs. “Juliette, always so aware, could set an example in the animal cause too”, said Luisa Mell in a comment on Instagram.

Juliette positioned herself on her social networks. “I will not be ashamed to love, whatever the being, white, black, colored, race, mutt”, she said in live. “Ideally adopt. Sorry if my behavior isn’t 100%, but it was very real and true.”

The singer said that she published the video in which she was filmed receiving the two puppies because she considered the moment to be very beautiful, without intending to encourage the purchase or appreciation of certain breeds of dogs. She complemented by encouraging adoption and donation to the animal cause.

“Don’t fight with her”, he asked without naming names, but referring to Luísa Mell’s lines. “I will continue to help, be it publicizing the causes, be it donating, adopting in the future, without needing this to be a marketing or a banner.”

Luisa Mell shared a snippet of Juliette’s live on her Instagram account. “That’s why we love you @juliette always willing to talk. Sensitive, human, empathetic and sower of peace!”, she wrote.
