The Leventis Restaurant & Hotel was located in Fthiotida, specifically on the old Athens-Lamia highway at the height of Agios Konstantinos and is to this day the most successful bus station in the history of Greek highways.

The station started its operation in 1962 and travelers immediately embraced this business venture and the phrase “We are in Leventis” was uttered by millions of travelers.

According to the testimonies of the workers, there were days, either in the summer or during high season, when the station welcomed more than 10,000 customers a day, while the images will remain unforgettable for the drivers who caught the station in operation with the parked cars on the LEA forming queues hundreds of meters on peak days.
