After a five-year hiatus, Carolina Dieckmann is back at Globo — her last work was in “O Sétimo Guardião”. The actress is part of the cast of “Vai na Fé”, the next 7 pm soap opera, and the broadcaster’s proposal made her return to live in Brazil after six years in Miami. “Thanks to God, I’m back! I missed you so much”, she says this Saturday (10), on the sixth night of Rock in Rio.
She, who had already been present on Sunday (4), joked when asked about her vote in the upcoming elections. “I’m going to do Jade. Keep your face frozen and pretend I didn’t hear the question”, mocked the actress, drawing laughter.
The actress refers to the episode that took place on Friday (9), in which former BBB Jade Picon left a reporter talking to himself after being asked about an affair with singer Shaman.
“Seriously: I’m in favor of every artist having to take a political stand, for the sake of defending culture, but I understand and respect those who don’t do it for [receio] this cult of hatred on both sides”, explains Carolina, who did not answer about her presidential candidate when asked.
“We have to defend democracy every day and respect each other. I don’t keep saying who I’m going to vote for, but it’s very clear that it’s the one who shares the guidelines I believe in: defense of the Amazon, health and education”, ends.
