“Glycanisos” premieres on Monday, September 19 and from Monday to Thursday at 21.00 it will spread its intoxicating aroma to the TV viewers of SKAI.

Stratis Demiris (Giorgos Papageorgiou) is a lieutenant on a ship that is wrecked in the middle of the ocean.

The tragic consequences of the wreck, in addition to his career, also affect his marriage. Lesvos, the island where his family comes from and lives permanently, is a one-way street for him.

Razan Nazal (Elena Pieridou) is a Syrian refugee. When the camp he stays at in Mytilene goes up in flames, he experiences a tragic loss.

Stratis returns to his family in Mytilini and one night he is attacked by strangers. The life-saving intervention of Karim (Christos Kontogiorgis), Razan’s partner, saves him from certain death. The first meeting of Stratis and Razan is the beginning of a difficult journey for both of them. A Christian. A Muslim woman. Faith, morals, customs, cultures separate them. They are united by the strong love they feel for each other. This love will have to fight hard to survive…
