Tico Santa Cruz, 44, lead singer of the band Detonautas, said that his wife, Luciana Rocha Fontenelle, was assaulted by five drunk and violent men in the neighborhood where the couple lives, in Rio de Janeiro, in the early hours of Saturday (24). He shared the case on his Twitter profile.

The singer praised the speed and excellent service provided by the military. “The PM was called and provided an excellent service, I want to leave this record”, he praised. “If it weren’t for the authorities of the 31st Battalion [da Polícia Militar]a tragedy would have happened”, said the singer, married to Luciana for 22 years. He did not reveal what motivated the aggression.

Tico and his wife received solidarity from netizens on social networks who said that the aggression shows voters that it is necessary to change the vote and elect former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT). “Otherwise it’s going to be the dirtiest runoff and why not say the bloodiest in history, it’s not ego time.”

“My solidarity, compa! We have to close the bill in the first round, otherwise other forms of violence will be anchored in our daily lives!”, commented another user of the social network. A woman shared a video of a Bolsonarista beating a Lula supporter.

“Bolsonarismo making it increasingly clear that it is aggressive, violent and kills! Or would it be the new strain, cirismo?”, wrote the internet user, remembering that the singer stopped voting for candidate Ciro Gomes (PDT) to vote for PT.

“It’s strange that Bolsonarism only beats and kills those who vote for Lula. Could it be that if you hadn’t voted for Lula, your wife would have suffered reprisals?”, asked another Twitter user. “When bolsonaristas and ciristas get together, it happens unfortunately. Glad you’re doing well”, commented another internet user.
